464 Libby Avenue in Gorham, Maine was a distressed farmhouse purchased by Crosby in recent years. Within 4 months we had the entire home—both interior and exterior—fully remodeled while retaining its original charm, like the original wooden floors and staircase and using new windows with 6-over-6 grids to look period-correct.

126 Wildwood Street in Winchester, Massachusetts is a beautiful single-family home remodeled by Crosby several years ago. The interior was quite dated, so we did a full gut and added a custom 2-dog-with-shed dormer on the front to drastically improve curb appeal. With a high-end finish throughout, including the basement and spectacular landscaping, this property now stands out as one of the best in town.

28 Harvard Street in Sebago, Maine was actually an unfinished tractor barn when Crosby purchased it. We saw the potential immediately that others missed, with the clear span I joists and most importantly the right-of-way to Sebago Lake with a boat mooring capability! Within a few months we had it remodeled into a gorgeous 2-bed / 1.5-bath with great finishes, including a beautiful staircase and radiant heat flooring.
